Embraced by the hills, surrounded by the countryside, immersed in calm and steeped in tradition, the Caniloro farmhouse was born. The location is strategic: on one side you reach Lanciano, a medieval city, on the other you go down into the valleys, where the Sangro river flows. With just thirty minutes by car you reach the first beaches of the Trabocchi coast, as well as, in the opposite direction, the numerous villages of the Maiella park.

Here you can find products grown in our lands and prepared following ancient recipes. Combined with a genuine cuisine. The Didactic Farm allows you to make the typical products of the area known, to encourage the recovery of the cultural and environmental value of the territory, to bring the new generations closer to the rural environment and agricultural activities, to promote a correct and healthy food style and to support school tourism in rural areas.

AGRITURISMO CANILORO - LANCIANO (CH)

Abbracciato dalle colline, circondato dalla campagna, immerso nella calma e intriso dalla tradizione, nasce l' agriturismo Caniloro. La posizione è strategica: da un lato raggiungi Lanciano, città medioevale, dall’altro scendi nelle vallate, dove scorre il fiume Sangro. Con soli trenta minuti in macchina raggiungi le prime spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, così come, nella direzione opposta, i numerosi borghi del parco della Maiella.

Qui si possono trovare prodotti coltivati nelle nostre terre e preparati seguendo le antiche ricette e abbinati a una cucina genuina. La Fattoria Didattica permette di far conoscere i prodotti tipici del territorio, di incentivare il recupero del valore culturale e ambientale del territorio, di avvicinare le nuove generazioni all’ambiente rurale e alle attività agricole, di promuovere e favorire un corretto e sano stile alimentare e di sostenere il turismo scolastico nelle zone campestri.
